If we suspect or receive notification that you are currently under eighteen (18) years old (or below the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) at the time you placed any bets through our Service, your account will be suspended to prevent further betting or withdrawals. We will investigate, which may include determining if you were betting on behalf of someone under eighteen (18). If we find that you: (a) are currently, (b) were under eighteen (18) at the time of betting, or (c) have been betting on behalf of someone underage:

• All winnings currently or expected to be credited to your account will be withheld.
• Any winnings obtained while underage must be returned to us upon request (failure to comply may result in recovery efforts).
• Any non-winning deposits in your account may be returned to you or retained until you reach eighteen (18), at our discretion. We reserve the right to deduct transaction fees from any refunded amounts, including fees from deposits we covered from your 12betsport account.

This policy also applies if you are over eighteen (18) but are betting in a jurisdiction with a higher legal betting age, in which case you must adhere to that age requirement.

If we suspect you are violating these terms or attempting to do so fraudulently, we reserve the right to take necessary actions, including notifying law enforcement agencies.
